How can I return my order?
You can return your online order for an exchange up to 15 days after receiving it.
The items you wish to return cannot be worn, stained or washed. The item must be returned new, and unused, with its original packaging and all labels attached. ZIN Motowear reserves the right to inspect and determine if the item is eligible for return. Returns that are damaged, stained or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 3-5 business days to process it.
Is there a fee for returns?
Yes, by law all related shipping expenses for the return of the item are to be paid by the Customer. The fees are based on the actual cost of transportation. We do not charge any additional fees to assist with the exchange.
Can I exchange an item for another size?
Yes, you can exchange items for a different size, however, all exchanges are subject to inventory on hand.
