Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change it as long as it hasn’t already been prepared for transport. Once you've paid for your order it usually takes 2-3 business days to prepare the order. Please email us at customerservice@zinmotowear.com to inquire about your order status.

Can I choose a different delivery address?
Yes, as long as the payment and the shipment address comes from the same country.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation once order payment is verified.

Can I cancel my order?
It depends on the shipping status. Once your order has been processed for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled. Please contact us at customerservice@zinmotowear.com as soon as possible.

I washed my garment and its stiff. What should i do?
Some denim finishing techniques use starch. Use liquid fabric softener and a long wash cycle at cold or lukewarm temperature. Hang to dry or use a clean tennis ball or dryer balls, such as those sold by Woolzies, Mister Steamy, and Sparkle in the dryer. Use dryer at the lowest temperature setting. Repeat as required.


We provide a six-month warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty claims will not be considered if the goods are damaged or destroyed by force majeur, wear-and-tear or environmental influences, damage caused by improper handling or care, or the goods having physical damage of any kind.

Authenticity Protection

At ZIN Motowear we take great pride in high quality, authentic design and authorized manufacturing. To ensure that our products meet the standards you expect from us, we have implemented an additional authentication process.

Please make sure that each ZIN item you purchase carries the Authentication mark on the hang-tag. If the product doesn't have the mark, please do not purchase it.
